Crystaltech formed as BHM Group Services in 1980 to specialise in the Service and installation of Commercial Glass and Dishwashers and the installation of Catering Equipment.

As a marketing exercise in 1990 the Glass and Dishwasher side of our operation started to trade under the name of Crystaltech.

Since that time we have grown steadily and it has always been our policy not to sell equipment or detergent.

We are now the UK's largest independent glasswasher service company and are therefore able to work for a number of competing sales comanies.

It is our close working relationship with our customers that has allowed us to grow as they know that their customer base is safe.

Our 54 engineers are nation-wide and fully employed by the company. We do not subcontract our service work to other companies.

All of our service and installation vans are equipped and as a company we hold in excess of £360.000 of stock. This enables us to achieve a very high first time fix rate.
