Our policy is always to carry out a cost effective repair and as a non-sales operation we do not try to write off existing equipment in favour of a new sale.

In all cases we give an unbiased cost of a repair and inform our client as to whether or not we believe that the equipment is worth repairing.

Spares

Whilst Crystaltech still operates independently of any manufacturer, we are now part of the Maidaid Group of Companies. This association has given us greater financial stability. Also within the Group is CaterParts who are the country's leading and largest stockist of warewashing spares. This gives us direct access to the largest stockholding in the industry.

CaterParts source Original Equipment Manufacturers spares (OEM) directly from the component supplier, thus saving the chain of mark ups. Only OEM parts are used, we do not fit cheap alternatives.
